Is your engine running when this happens? Test with engine off. Check your battery/alternator voltages. Did you swap nearside and off side bulbs over to confirm the nearside fault remains?

If you have the upgraded indicator stalk, with the front and rear fog positions, then all that is needed is to fit it, ensure the relay is in the passenger side footwell, and the fuse is on the drivers side footwell. That will provide 12v to the rear bumper connector when sidelights/dipped/main beams are on, and the rear fog has been toggled on. If you are trying to fit an aftermarket switch, you will need to tap into the relay directly, as the foglight on signal is sent via the ECU (this is because it's a logic state that resets when ignition is turned off. Rather than a physical switch holding the voltage high)

The 8 seater does fold 'flat', but not as flat as the 10 series. This is because when the legal requirement to have 3 point belts in each seat position came in to effect, the seats locking mechanism were updated - they no longer hinge by two brackets at the side, they now 'pivot' - this leaves a step effect of several inches. It's not insurmountable with a few bits of foam, but it does make the 20 series a bit more of a faff.

Tmc is Toyota motor corp, and refers to Japanese manufactured engines, as opposed to the engines manufactured in Europe or usa. Our imports are tmc. It mentions this because this is an export manual used in Russia/Malaysia/Hong Kong etc.

You should probably post in the 10 series section of the forum. Some people there have copies of the wiring diagram books Online resource is there too, it's in Japanese, but anyone with the will to use Google translate can convert the pdf diagrams to English.

If you only have a rear camera, no. The blue connector is the IPA (intelligent parking assist) connection, which is present if you have front or side cameras. If you only have rear camera, it's connected directly to the head unit.

Just drive for a few miles, it relearns the fuel trims. It does this automatically when you change grade of fuel too. You can also buy a new blanking plate that already has the cutout, it's common across many Toyota models.

Ah, you had a model that did not have the full navi system installed. So your etc module was aftermarket fitted. Still, the actual wiring may still exist in the official position in the coin holder location. Check behind that trim.
