Front parking camera & getting IPA working again
Yes, unfortunately. Although the resolution does tend to much better in the kits, you have to consider the factory ones were specified in 2008, and cameras are now HD or better. In the 2014 models, they did actually have a full 360 degree, with a camera on the driver's side, i had thought to buy one of those wingmirrors, and fit upgraded cameras into the existing spaces, utilising the wiring already in the oem looms, the other option would be buying a new ipa ecu in order to use the official Toyota 360 solution. You can use the original cameras with modern headunits, you can buy adaptors on AliExpress. Going oem vs aftermarket comes down to cost and patience!

Front parking camera & getting IPA working again
At this point, it would be cheaper to buy an aftermarket 360 camera set and controller, and connect it to the new headunit. If you do want to use original, the wiring should still exist behind headunit. I can attach the wiring schematic

2010 Vellfire CVT oil change
There is no 'reset' in the official Toyota process. At most, you'd connect via the obd in order to do a transmission fluid temperature check.

Interior Lights not working
The dome fuse is the correct one. There is no relay. What you will have is several other fuses working in conjunction with the ECU, and the ECU in some cases provides the ground logic. I've attached the illumination wiring schematic. IL.pdf

Vellfire goldeneye 2012 repair and maintenance manual
From Japanese auction sites, expect to pay around £50 for a cd ROM, or slightly more for printed one. It will be in Japanese only. Alternatively, you can use an online translated one. I'll pm you a link

New member, hoping for some advice.
No problem. As for parts, if you use a site like amayama, you can type your chassis number in, and get Toyota part numbers. You can either then order from the site, or use those part numbers in most car part centres, for the main servicable parts. For example, today i walked into my local parts site and bought front and rear brake pads, air, cabin and oil filters, off the shelf. You can give the numbers to a Toyota parts centre, too, and they will order them in for you.

2014 vellfire nanoe button function
Its the same tech you can get in Phillips hairdryers. It is part of the climate control, and controls the ioniser. Helps to remove pollutants/pollen.

Bluetooth phone - microphone
It's on the right side of the map light area behind a little slotted grill. It works quite well for me, maybe you need to increase the mic volume on headunit

Deactivate folding door mirrorsa
You can set the behaviour of auto locking and unlocking doors based on shift selector on P or D, via a simple combination of holding the lock or unlock control whist depriving ignition on, in the relevant gear. It's in the user manual

I'm no help here, fortunately i have only ever needed a wheel bearing on an older Toyota to be replaced. I need to find an AC specialist, I've started to get the green flashing light of ac doom.

Questions regarding buttons and airbag .
Diy route, you can buy (about £ 160) from AliExpress or alibaba, a generic Toyota compatible box. The one i bought a few years ago used the phono input/aux input and i used the kit to splice into the touch screen on the headunit (there is a small switch that flips between the box input and the original headunit input, for navigating around the screen. I've not found the same supplier, but there are a few around.

Using MOST audio decoder & integrity of MOST system
I don't think I've seen an adaptor that takes the MOST signal from the headunit and converts to an rca. The closet i have seen is an amp bypass adaptor, or the converter you linked that allows you to retain the amplifier (both assume headunit replacement) The other auxiliaries like auto parking and cameras and rear screen use GVIF ( gigabit video interface) There must exist an adaptor that converts most to RCA, maybe another Toyota model?

Using MOST audio decoder & integrity of MOST system
The 20 series doesn't use fibre optic, although aliexpress refer to it as an optical converter. Most doesn't use the canbus, it's a separate network. The headunit does all the work, so of you are replacing it, it's irrelevant if you are bypassing the amplifier. That adaptor is used for aftermarket headunits to convert their analogue outputs into a most signal to the amplifier. If you are removing the headunit and amplifier, you don't need that converter
