LPG conversion
Had my Vellfire converted over a year ago and no issues. Its the 3.5V6 so had 3 new Coil Packs and a full set of Iridium Spark Plugs whilst the rear bank was accessible. Also had Valve Lube fitted. Swaps from petrol to gas with no hesitation. Conversion was by Profess LPG Ltd in Pontypool.

Rear Parking Sensors
Guys, I need to replace a damaged rear parking sensor, and the ring into which it fits. Can anyone advise what part numbers are needed and suppliers please?

Extra sockets in Alphards?
Steve that's fine. Just beware there are 2 x different sizes for Toyota, but that's correct. If you fit to the left of the cigarette lighter, the cable provided has the correct ends to fit into the existing wiring.

Extra sockets in Alphards?
Not that I've found Steve. I have added 2 x usb charger sockets. One is to the left of the 12v socket, and the other to the right of the steering wheel for charging my phone. It's my intention to add at least one 12v so cket in the boot, and usb sockets near the centre and rear seats.

Great, maybe Gloucester Services, or could meet at Gordano if you need LPG?

Alphards with two-tone paint jobs
I would be inclined to get yours wrapped. Difficult to tell the difference from paint and can always be removed?

Fingers crossed we get 100. If so maybe a commemorative decal would be in order?

General Club Meet - October 2nd 2022 - British Motor Museum
@Alphard Club I have spoken to Katie at New Acre and she welcomes the advertising of other meets, so I have posted a link to this. There were 25 wagons on the stand at JDM Coombe yesterday and some I spoke to wanted to know more about this meet.

Day running lights ?
Cree are a type of LED. Auxito and Argo are brands.

Day running lights ?
Auxito are good quality but don't bother with Argos. Was disappointed with Argos items.

General Club Meet - October 2nd 2022 - British Motor Museum
Thats fine. Just that on other forums I am involved with, there were long standing disputes between forums, hence some on-line and others on FB. Is there any way that locations of members could be added to the list, as if there are wagons travelling up from the South West we may be able to put another convoy together?

Day running lights ?
I looked at installing DRL's, but to be honest I just leave the side lights switched on. They switch off when you get out of the car and just switch on when you restart. This way you have front and rear lights when driving. I did fit some really bright LED bulbs in the front side lights though. The only disadvantage I find is that if you park and switch off, the side lights stay on until the drivers door is opened and closed.

Reversing camera
Some interesting comments here so I will follow with interest. I have a Ben Hau system installed and it's not bad, working via Android Auto. Worst thing is it randomly drops out then usually but not always reconnects. 2nd worst thing is the screen resolution. I know my bus is 2008, but am sure my VW n Skodas from that era had far better screens. I have looked at Android, Tesla style screens and they look impressive. The question is how reliable? I read on another forum that an owner installed a Tesla style screen, but retained the standard climate control panel, just in case the head unit packed up! This was something I had not considered before. Showing my naievity now, but surely its about time we could install a standard tablet and connect to a box of tricks?

Radio replacement
I have a Ben install, but have not bothered to remove the trim or head unit to see what's been changed. The small changeover button is installed to the right of the centre console, near the accessory switches.

What a strange reply? So are we saying anyone on this forum should not join FB events? I admit, as a newbie, I may have missed any previous disagreements or splits between groups. However, surely we are all owners/enthusiasts so better to join/advertise each others events?

With the upcoming JDM Coombe, at Castle Coombe Circuit on 9th July, it may be opportune to advertise the Gaydon meet for owners who are not yet on this forum? Is there a flyer readily available?

SOUTH WEST CONVOY? Guys are any attendees travelling up the M5 from Bristol and below or South Wales? Just thinking we could at one of the Services to drive up together? How about Strensham, which will collect any M5 and M50 attendees?

Interior light behaviour (rear row map lights) Series 20
Have not got round to fiddling with my 3rd row lights yet. Thinking of wiring in parallel with the mid row lights, although may need a diode. I have a set of rear door lights, but not yet installed. Not looking forward to the faff of threading cables through the flexible sheathing to the roof area!

Toe in water: 2022 Alphard Meet - Gauging interest
Yes, very much up for this! Vellfire owner since last December so still lots to learn. Trade stands may be a good idea, its not so far for New Acre Cars? Based in Lydney so could meet up with South West, South Wales and Bristol owners at Gloucester Services? Could then run up together?
