  1. the part no. has been changed check this link have used it a few times and they are good genuine parts https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/1662028031 get your vehicle checked at garage be fore purchasing as will be waste of money if its not the problem if i was you get belt changed first see if that works as that be cheaper option. if you want part no. for belt let me know
  2. Alternator part no. G128028011 on hybrid these are not normal alternators they are high voltage and cost over £1200 + vat from toyota they also not repairable i personaly dont think its the alternator i would be looking at the belt tensioner which is part no. 1662028030 have atatched a drawing circled in red

  5. rear fog lamp warning light as you maybe aware alphards have a fog lamp fitted to meet iva regulations normally there is a switch added to work the fog lamp it seems yours has this light on dash mine dont just checked i think you got a bad earth some where or your importer has fitted fog lamp and some how triggard this light on your dash i have atatched a photo from my hand book and circled in red. what you need to do is get some one to stand behind your vehicle see if fog lamp comes on when they press the brake peddle

Hello Megan sorry your having issues in the gear box you have several solenoids do you know if the transmission oil has been changed as this it self can sort problems out with a oil change and filter its always best to go cheaper option first if unsure when it was changed before you start spending big money what's your reg no. I will give you part no.s and drawing I help lots of members on here this way.
  21. Fly by wire throttles you will have a sensor on peddle and a sensor on throttle
