Not all early alphards are ulez compliant about 2006 onwards I think

I don't own a hybrid but I know a bit about them only buy 1 2008 onwards

The thing is you replaced it been OK now not not staring again this tells me you probably blown the fuse again but what's causing to blow I would check the fuse again and get the starter motor checked

drew have you tried a spare key as i dont think it will be ignition barrell because if key turns ok barrell ok transponder pick up for the key is located on th out side of the barrel have attatched a drawing also you have the ignition starter switch both parts are available can point you in right direction of sellers

You could be looking at having the aircon compressor replaced or rebuilt if it turns out to be compressor pm me can point you in right direction to have rebuilt

Did you buy from a dealer or private sale

You need to get the ac tested as you may have a leak ac system does not cool the hybrid system
