  1. Just insured my 20 Series, Over £100 cheaper than AF and less Excess with Ageas. AF did compete but not with the Excess, so Japcover gave me a better deal all round. Speak to Bradley 01275 856618 https://www.japcover.co.uk
  2. Hi Stephen, have you press the small button down and try and shift the lever whilst button is held down?? Also, may find that the brake pedal needs to be press down before shifting, there could be an issue with the witch on the pedal.
  3. thats quite an expensive quote. i would say £1300-1500 Tops with profess autogas.
  4. a friend and I changed mine. If you are not confident under the bonnet then i would say get it done by a mechanic. Its a mornings job. I do wonder how many people are driving around in a ticking time bomb, dealers will not tell you that it probably will need one at some point. Especially if they are over 10 years old and no record of it ever being done.
  5. anyone else managed to cleaned their maf?
  6. only thing with front swivels is that they sometimes raise the hight of the seats. OK if you are not overly tall. Interested in seeing costs for these though and how much they increase the seat height.
  7. welcome to the club Ian

  10. mine just had one of the rear brake lights conerted, as the Alphard has more than 2 it makes it easy to convert one of them into a fog light.
  11. bumping this to see if anyone else has had theirs done.. many alphards will need to have this recall done
  12. i was with AF for a similar quote, weird why some are extortionate
  13. I believe that if the car is over 10 years then wont need IVA, only an MOT, only Fog light and possibly speedometer converted. I am sure there will be some kind of import tax, as you cpuld sell the car a month later, but i am not sure on what this would be. there are a few import specialists like Algys https://www.algysautos.com/import-scheme-import-any-car-into-the-uk-from-japan
  14. Definitely we should set one up, maybe at Gaydon Museum? as this has a great car park, held many of other car meets there. Almost mid country too and easy to get to.

  18. I've had this Toyota Alphard fitted from the dealer at time of purchase. Would I have done it knowing more about LPG? Watch and find out.
  19. Today we are installing one of the higher end Android player into the Alphard GGH20. This connects to an 18 surround speaker system.
  20. Thinking of purchasing a Toyota Alphard? This is a must see video. I explain the basics and hopefully ignite your passion for this vehicle. Save yourself a lot of heartache by getting an incite into choosing your future vehicle.
  21. You may have driven manual cars before but what do you know about automatic gearboxes. Here I talk about the Toyota Alphard automatic gearbox. One of the most common issues is that drivers who have not driven an automatic before, drive in the third gear. This leads to high revs, a noisy engine and low fuel economy.
  22. Not my finest video on the Toyota alphard drop links but I'm hoping it is off some use. This is how I changed my drop links on my Toyota Alphard. They looked nice on tight on the vehicle but on closer inspection they needed to be replaced. I hope you find this video useful.
