Dimana ditahun sebelumnya juga ada Alphard 2017 yang sangat digemari oleh kalangan atas. Selamat menonton dan jangan lupa Tonton videonya sampan selesai, dan temukan dimana Superman :) Setelah meluncur di Jepang, Toyota Alphard dan Vellfire edisi 2018 direncanakan masuk Malaysia. Bahkan laman situs resmi UMW Toyota Motor, sudah merilis harga dan spesifikasi kedua mobil premium yang berlaku di sana. Karena tampil dengan berbagai perubahan, harga jadi melonjak naik. Disitat Paultan, Rabu 14 Februari 2018, perubahan paling besar pada Alphard 2018 adalah dibenamkannya mesin V6 terbaru berkode 2GR-FKE dengan kapasitas 3.5 liter. Dengan mesin tersebut tenaga yang dihasilkan lebih banyak 29 PS menjadi 300 PS pada 6.600 RPM dan torsinya meningkat 21 newton meter menjadi 361 Nm pada 4.600 hingga 4.700 RPM. Alphard 2018 dijual dengan harga 429.800 Ringgit Malaysia atau setara Rp1,4 miliar untuk model standar. Sementara untuk model teratasnya dijual 540.800 Ringgit Malaysia atau setara Rp1,8 miliar. Untuk Vellfire edisi 2018, dijual 350.800 Ringgit Malaysia atau setara Rp1,2 miliar. Selain mesin, perubahan lain ada pada wajah keduanya.
