Leather seat dye
I could find the code for you; but it won't do any good. The match was to my leather only; they all discolour (very slightly) differently with age. They won't sell you 'my' colour, as there is a good chance it won't match yours; and I paid the matching fee. The matching fee, about 30 quid is well worth it, imho, if I remember correctly. Repair Paint was the product, but I also bought cleaners and stain removers. Not cheap, but made by a company that does specialise in leather care.

Leather seat dye
I went to Furniture Clinic. I sent a head rest as the colour sample and was very pleased with their colour matching. So, I now have my unique, personalised, leather colour code ! They also offer all sorts of other leather care products too.

Air conditioning connections
Hello Tony, Does it matter ? Surely you will take your Alphie to an experienced air conditioning recharger; it is not a job for DIY. Most cars have air con nowadays; it should not be difficult to get the job done properly.

ULEZ compliant or not?
There are some very good examples out there. But, imho, as the marque has become more popular they may be an increasing number of 'less than perfect' vehicles. I always recommend dealing with an established Alphard retailer, with their own servicing facilities on site. There are much fewer of this type of reseller. There are many outlets that are metal box shifters, i.e. perhaps a 'stereotype second hand care salesperson'. I have sent you a PM.

Insurance Companies for Your Toyota Alphard
No it isn't ! 400 is much nearer the mark, maybe a little more as the vehicle is relatively young. It depends, of course, on your driving history, claims history, and where the vehicle is parked. There is a list in this thread. On line quotes often do not work for an Alphard; so much more phoning to do. Good Luck

ULEZ compliant or not?
Hello Greg, So sorry to hear of all the hassle you have had with this Alphard. Perhaps you could consider a newer model if you come to miss this one too much. Whatever, best of Good Luck to you, it seems you could do with some.

Smaller wheels on my 2019 Vellfire?
OK, Thanks, I found a bunch of data yesterday, but was unsure which model you had. Try Wheel-Size.com. You should be able deduce the 'sensible' options that suit your vehicle. Hope so. If not, let me know. Good Luck.

Insurance
Hi Michael, I withdraw my request as, whatever your response, it would not be relevant for consideration after all this time ! Hopefully, whoever was 'adjusting' the odometers went out of business years ago.

Would you care to send me a Private Message with where the vehicle was purchased, please ?

What is your model number ? AHW 30 etc ? It should be on your near side B pillar.

Best place to go for convertion
Hello George, Welcome to the Forum. There is no 'best place' for camper conversions. It depends on your requirements and budget. However, you could start by getting in touch with Calder Campers.

Smaller wheels on my 2019 Vellfire?
Hello Chris, Welcome to the Forum. There are websites that allow you to plan wheel / tyre combinations. It is important to maintain the rolling circumference to almost the same as OEM; whatever that is/was in your case. Certainly, smaller diameter wheels fitted with higher profile tyres should be a distinct possibility. What size tyres do you have fitted currently ?

ULEZ compliant or not?
Ironically, the ULEZ checker states it is compliant, and TfL states (by omission) it isn't ! The ULEZ checker also states it sources data from TfL ! Which it acknowledges may not be correct ! Just to make matters worse, as Pal says, ULEZ areas will expand. Unfortunately, the next expansion of the ULEZ area is 29th August !

ULEZ compliant or not?
It seems to me that, no matter how much 'official' paperwork (of non UK origin) you have, unless it is recognised by the UK authorities it is very problematic; as you have discovered. Sincerely sorry I cannot help any more.

ULEZ compliant or not?
Hello again Greg, I have had a look at DVLA, hoping that would add more clarity. But it didn't ! (A green Alphard. I have not seen one in that colour yet). The DVLA has the vehicle as first registered in December 2005 (in Japan). However, the original Gen 1 was discontinued in April 2005; being replaced by a facelifted version. So I am unsure which version you have. Do you know ? Is that of any relevance ? Maybe, maybe not ! Whilst not definitive, it is generally believed that the latter model is ULEZ compliant and the former is not; at least officially. Other members (not necessarily with the hybrid version) have had similar problems. Hopefully, one of them can enlighten you.

Electrical outlets
100w. Phone charging, no problem. I believe the outlets are off when the ignition is off. Anyhow, a fridge could soon drain your battery.

Why don't you take the advice of members ? Try Transport for London, I would be very surprised if they don't have it listed. Or just drive into London ! You will soon find out. What is your registration ? Send it by Personal Mail if you are unhappy going public with it.
