  1. Aviva insured my Alphie until I had a conversion, then they asked me to find another insurer; which I did. Aviva, prior to conversion, were very competitive.
  2. I have a MZ G edition, Gen 1 facelift, with indicators in the wing mirrors. Perhaps you could look that up in the Toyota Alphard EPC and strike lucky.
  3. Hi Richard, Very true. I have lived in both Iowa and Colorado and know the process well. I can understand your difficulty if you are upstate, but, surely, any of the big stationery stores could help you out. Or, hopefully, another of our US members can help you with the form
  4. Hi Jenny, What was it last year ? I seem to recall about 290, so in these times of high(er) inflation, 325 sounds about right !!
  5. Hello Richard, I am assuming you are in the US. As a rule Brits don't use a Bill Of Sale. We just use a simple receipt that includes any and all information deemed necessary. Businesses do need to include tax information too. The UK State takes care of the legal stuff, transferring ownership from one to another.
  6. Hello Keith, Welcome to the Forum.
  7. Toyota Direct.
  8. Check out mattieewhooo's latest post. It may be relevant.
  9. Hello J and J, Welcome to the Forum.
  10. Hello Sal, I have moved your topic already. You need to read the requirements for the Sales section, and add the missing details. Click on the blue Forum tab, top right of your home page, to view the various sections. Just go to your topic and click on the three dots, and select edit. You may also find that adding some photos will enhance your chances for enquiries. You can use drag and drop to achieve this, just the same as on a PC.
  11. Hello Sal, Sorry to hear of your need to sell. You need to move this to the Buy and Sell section, and add the missing information there. In that section there is a list of requirements to sell through this Forum. If you cannot move it yourself I will. Please ask.
  12. Is your machine a 2002 - 2008, as listed, or the 2016, as also listed in your profile ? It needs to be correct for members to be able to offer advice that is relevant.
  13. I respectfully suggest you rephrase your post, as it does not make any sense !
  14. "Power being dead ended". I am intrigued what that means ? A short circuit will create large currents and blow fuses, and create heat (and could melt wiring) until the fuse blows. Hence the use of fuses. An open circuit does not blow fuses, or create heat. However, if current is not flowing, voltages can rise and create other problems !
  15. Hello Dee, Welcome to the Forum.
  16. I have changed your vehicle type to Hybrid.
  17. Check carefully. You need a Gen 1 facelift, or later, and check the registration on TfL before you buy. I think you may have trouble with the earlier ones. I believe the key 'Date of Manufacture' is September 2005.
  18. Hello Oliver, Welcome to the Forum.
  19. Matrix Carpentry, Dawlish Warren. Not cheap, but stowable. I think Dave may have some photos.
  20. Insurance is increasing, but be aware that many companies 'low bid' the first year to encourage you to switch to them. Not for my Alphard, but I recently received a renewal notice for another vehicle. The notice politely explained that the market had risen about 20% So I phoned to ask why they were proposing an increase of over 35% ! So I changed insurers and saved myself 66% (of the new proposal). If these companies want to play these games, so will I.
  21. Hello Sam, If you question is to me; I don't have any photos, I just saw one !
  22. Have you done any wading in the recent storms ? Have you been water jetting your wheels ?
  23. When I used to regularly drive my car to Spain I had a sticker fitted to the inside of the windscreen. At a glance you could see the km equivalent of miles, and vice versa. Cost? About a fiver !
